  • Enter your details, including your name, email address, and preferred password.
  • Confirm your email address by clicking the verification link sent to your inbox.
Set Up Your Account
  • After verification, log in to your account.
  • Complete your profile by adding relevant gym information, such as the gym name, location, and contact details.
Grant Permissions
  • Allow the app access to your necessary device features, such as notifications, calendar, etc., to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
Explore the Dashboard
  • Once logged in, explore the app's user-friendly dashboard. Familiarize yourself with key features like session management, bookings, and user invitations.

Configure Your App

Seamlessly configure your waiting list, cancellation policies, subscriptions, and services to maximize efficiency, boost revenue, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Add Services

  • Navigate to the “Services” section in the settings.
  • Add the types of services you provide (e.g., Cross Training, Pilates, Yoga).
Set Session Schedules
  • Define your weekly schedule for each service. Specify days, times, and durations of your sessions.
  • Ensure you set the right start and end times for each session to avoid overlap or confusion.
  • Configure the session’s cancelation & registration policy, if necessary.
Configure Cancellation Policies
  • Go to the "Policies" section and select “Cancellation Policies.”
  • Define the cancellation window (e.g., 3 hours before session).
  • Set the penalties for late cancellations if applicable.
Create Subscription Packages
  • Go to the “Subscription Packages” section.
  • Create packages including one or more services with various credits and session limits (e.g., 10 sessions)
  • Define the package booking limits (daily, weekly, ongoing) for members holding the package
Define Booking Limits
  • In the settings, set the maximum number of participants per session and the rules around registration (e.g., 1 hour before the session, or daily/weekly booking limits).
  • Set up the waiting list system and define how the system handles automatic registrations.

Invite your trainees with a personalized email and guide them to log in to their accounts for a seamless experience.

Email Invitation

  • Go to the "Users" section in the dashboard.
  • Click on “Invite Trainees” and customize the email template. Add your gym’s name, the services offered, and the link for registration.
Trainee Account Creation
  • Each trainee will receive an email with a registration link. They can create their account by filling in their details and setting a password, if necessary.
  • Once the account is created, trainees can log in to book their sessions.
Monitor Invitations and Registrations
  • Keep track of the status of each invitation (whether the trainee has registered or not).
  • You can resend the invitations if needed or provide manual assistance if someone faces registration issues.
